BeYou Athletics – Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

    •    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    •    Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

    •    During new collection launches, pop-ups, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

United States

    •    Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

    •    Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only).

    •    Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping.

    •    Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations

    •    We currently ship to all U.S. states and U.S. territories.

    •    Limited international shipping may be available at checkout.

    •    At this time, we may not ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions or customs limitations.

Tracking Your Order

    •    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    •    Customers can track their package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking link.

Carriers

We primarily ship through:

    •    USPS

    •    UPS

    •    FedEx (for selected expedited or higher-value orders)


Carrier selection is based on destination, shipping speed, and package weight.

Lost or Damaged Packages

    •    If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@beyouathletics.com (or your customer service email).

    •    We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

Delays & Peak Seasons

    •    Shipping times may be extended during holidays, major sales, pop-up events, or severe weather conditions.

    •    BeYou Athletics is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility, but we will always assist in tracking and support.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

    •    We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS standard shipping.

    •    Expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
